The famous sour Seville Oranges. We picked one off a tree branch thinking it would be a treat, boy were we really in for a treat.











Bitter those Oranges are. They’re only good for late night “Orange Wars” and bitter marmalade.
I’ve seen a recipe for pickling onions using Seville oranges, that seems a pretty good idea. Goes well with tacos.
